- Before your appointment, you’ll receive a secure link via text and email to complete your forms online.
- Fill them out in advance, and when you arrive at your appointment, simply let the front desk know you’re here—no need to wait in line to check in.
- You’ll even have the option to pay your copay online ahead of time.
- Forgot to complete your registration before coming in? No problem. You can scan a QR code at the clinic and complete everything directly from your mobile device.
