Had quad tendon repair surgery last week. The experience was well beyond expectations, and my wife and I agreed was perhaps the best experience of this sort we have had.I joked that the staff must have been trained by Chic Fil A. Thanks to Laura in pre- op, Pamela, Melissa, Diana, Becca, Kim, Nathalie, and Jess in post op.My only constructive criticism is that some of the post-op instructions were hand-written notes to printed material, and I had difficulty reading some of those notes.

This was my first time having an operation at their surgery center & it did not disappoint! Everything was so organized (from parking the morning of, to getting prepped, operated on, & back out the door). The center was very clean, bright, & inviting. All of the staff were very kind, patient, & answered any questions I had. Of course, I had my favorite team working on me (Dr. Callaway & PA Lauren). It was a great first time experience at this surgery center & I would totally recommend it to anyone I know that needs an operation. Thank you to ALL of you AMAZING staff-I appreciate you!!

Extremely professional while being friendly and personable. The Raleigh Orthopaedic Surgery Center provides seamless attention to detail--as a surgery patient, I valued having a pre-op nurse (Debbie) whose knowledge and expertise is truly outstanding. From Dr. Watters to the anesthesiology team, to the recovery nurses, they all kept me apprised of where I was at in the process. Another outstanding experience--thank you!

I would HIGHLY recommend Raleigh Ortho to any/everyone, would even recommend to my 90 year grandmother. Every dealing with RO has been exceptional, very professional and very polite. My surgeon, Mr. Barker, was very professional, attentive, knowledgeable, and friendly (I could go on and on) and I feel very blessed to have him as my surgeon. Him and his team are very professional and make you feel at ease, at all times. I feel very blessed to have had him as my doctor/surgeon.

My surgeon Dr. Michael Casale, did a great job with informing me about the surgery, recovery expectations, and pain management. From pre op to post op (carpal tunnel surgery) everything was explained thoroughly. We knew exactly what to expect and everything went according to plan. In our experience, all the professionals at Duke Health are amazing, and the best sign of a great place to work, they are really cheerful.
