My husband was seen here this weekend. Brianna Maglio, PA-C was one of the best providers I have ever met. She was professional, respectful, knowledgeable and listened to my husband. The front desk was rude and unprofessional. If you are going to make a derogatory comment about a patient’s family member, you should at least wait until they can’t hear you. They tried to tell ME the location of his pain. I was then told the difference between the hip and back. I think I learned the difference the two prior to working as a family practice provider for over 25 years. Very thankful for the care he received despite the issues with the front desk.

Ms. Carnes was very thorough in her examination and provided me with a thoughtful explanation of her recommended treatment. Having said that, I can recommend Raleigh Orthopedic Urgent Care and Ms Carnes in particular without reservation.

Overall, very good experience; got in and out within about 45 minutes and received excellent care. The one negative was the check-in process- first sign in, then sit down, then get called back for basic account information, then told to sit back down and fill out forms online. Then called back up just to be told how much you had to pay then sit back down and pay online. Back up again to go to examining room. I had a knee injury and all the up and down was painful!

Went to Raleigh orthopedic urgent care on Edwards mill road after speaking with scheduler on the phone. A little faster then making an appointment, 10:00 in the am. A few people there, but seen in 25 minutes. Thomas looked at x rays in say 15 minutes after going back and diagnosed issue. Wrote a couple of scrips and back is feeling better. No song and dance like most doctors offices, Very efficient.
