About Our Wakefield Office:

Raleigh Orthopaedic Clinic in Wakefield, NC provides patients with high-quality and comprehensive orthopedic care from within the confines of Rex Healthcare of Wakefield building, nestled between Route 1 and Falls of Neuse Rd. The Wakefield location is the newest addition to Raleigh Orthopaedic, taking over for the North Raleigh clinic. At this location, you’ll find our orthopedic clinic for appointments and orthopedic urgent care.  Physical therapy is located within the same complex in a neighboring building. Our physical therapy office is located at 11200 Galleria Avenue, suite 101.

Our team of orthopedic surgeons is highly skilled in a range of specialty services including foot and ankle surgery, hand, wrist and elbow surgery, neck and spine surgery, hip surgery, shoulder surgery, total joint replacement, and sports medicine. Regardless of your specific condition, Raleigh Orthopaedic in Wakefield will do everything in our power to make sure you have a speedy and effective recovery.

Please come to your first appointment 30 minutes early with your photo ID, insurance card and if applicable, any images or scans related to your visit.  If your insurance plan has a copay, that will be collected at time of check-in. At your first appointment with Raleigh Orthopaedic, you will be expected to complete new patient forms, including a medical history questionnaire. You can update your demographics and fill out your new patient forms prior to your appointment through our Patient Portal. These forms will be used to get a baseline overview of pre-existing conditions and a better initial understanding of where and how you’re experiencing pain or discomfort. Conditions such as arthritis, osteoporosis, anemia, obesity, hypertension, and diabetes may all impact both diagnosis and treatment plan options.
