No-Show and Late Cancellation Policy
Our goal is to provide patients with high quality health care in a timely manner. No-shows and late cancellations reduce our availability to care for other patients. Due to the high volume of appointments, we continue to enforce our appointment/cancellation policy, which enables us to better serve all of our patients.
Please note that a “no-show” fee of $150.00* will be charged if:
- A patient fails to reschedule or cancel at least 24-hours prior to the scheduled appointment.
- A patient fails to arrive for a scheduled appointment.
In the event of a no-show by a Workers’ Compensation patient, the patient’s Workers’ Compensation Carrier will be responsible for paying the $150.00* fee prior to the appointment being rescheduled.

Financial Information
All office visits are payable at the time of service. We accept cash, checks, and most major credit cards and debit cards.
Your insurance policy determines whether or not you have a co-pay for your visits; however, under most insurance policies, a co-pay is due at each visit.

Prescription Renewals

Does it Matter What Physician I See?
Each of our board-certified and board-eligible orthopedic surgeons have advanced training in a sub-specialty. For instance, some of our physicians specialize in hip and knee while others specialize in foot and ankle. Our intuitive online scheduling platform assists you with choosing a physician relevant to your specific need. However, if you remain unsure about which physician to see, please call our office at (919) 781-5600, and our appointment specialists will assist you with choosing a physician most appropriate to your condition.
