David Surovchak is a Board Certified Physician Assistant. David has been a PA with Raleigh Orthopaedic Clinic since 2015.
David graduated in July 2013 from Chatham University in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania with his Masters degree in Physician Assistant Studies. He also completed his Masters Degree in Exercise Science with a concentration in Performance Enhancement and Injury Prevention and a B.S. in Athletic Training at California University. Since receiving his Masters degree, he worked at OIC Family Medical Center in Rocky Mount, North Carolina as a Physician Assistant on a full-time basis and part-time with the Graham Medical Care in the Burlington area prior to joining Raleigh Orthopaedic Clinic.
