Orthopedic Urgent Care in Wake County

ANNOUNCEMENT:

If you experience sprains, strains, fractures, or other urgent orthopaedic injuries during the COVID-19 outbreak, we encourage you to use our urgent care locations for timely care rather than your local ER. This will ensure that the healthcare system can continue to focus on treating those affected by COVID-19, while our specialists take care of any orthopedic issues you may be facing.

Proudly Providing the Triangle with Urgent Care Specialized for Orthopedics

Raleigh Orthopaedic is proud to extend our orthopedic services to treat the urgent care needs of the Triangle community. Because patients are seen without appointments, we are unable to predict your exact wait time. Medical Staff at Raleigh Orthopaedic Urgent Care:

At Raleigh Orthopaedic Urgent Care, a physician assistant or nurse practitioner will examine you, order X-rays if needed, provide a diagnosis, and treat your specific injury. If the physician assistant or nurse practitioner determines that a physician is needed for your issue, a referral to one of our orthopedic physicians at the location of your choice will be made.

IMPORTANT NOTE

If you had X-rays taken at another facility, please bring a physical copy (CD preferred) with you to our urgent care center. Otherwise, we may need to repeat your X-rays.

If you need emergency room attention, please go to UNC Rex Hospital. Raleigh Orthopaedic specialists are available at UNC Rex Hospital and on call 24/7 for orthopedic trauma. To make an appointment to see an orthopedic physician who specializes in your condition or injury, please call 919.781.5600 to find a location near you.

Why Choose an Orthopedic Urgent Care Near You?

While just about everyone has needed to go to the emergency room at some point in their life, orthopedic urgent care centers are a better alternative for families in Wake County in many situations. Urgent care benefits include reduced costs over the ER, faster average service time, greater hourly flexibility than doctor’s offices, and the ability to be seen by a doctor without an appointment.
