Raleigh Orthopaedic is excited to announce we will be implementing a new patient portal in April 2017 to better meet our patients’ needs. The new SRS Health portal, InteliChart, will provide the following features:
- Easy enrollment and support – patients registered in the current portal will automatically be opted-in with new logins
- Online appointment requests
- Online bill pay
- Online intake forms that will transmit to SRS
- Access to summaries of care
- Lab results
- Secure messaging between patients and staff workgroups
- Caregiver proxies
Please note: Raleigh Orthopaedic will be temporarily disabling our current patient portal effective February 17, 2017 as we transition to the new portal.
