Bailey graduated from South University in Richmond, VA with a Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies in 2023. She completed her Bachelor of Science Degree in Athletic Training in 2018 at the University of South Carolina. Prior to joining Raleigh Orthopaedic, Bailey worked as an Athletic Trainer with Cary Orthopaedics.
