Worked with Sarah today. In addition to my regular therapy exercises, she recommended a few stretches that I found very helpful in relieving some mild pain. She is very gentle and patient. Listened to my concerns.

The way Laura interacted with and was there for me contributed largely if not totally to reducing the huge discomfort I had been experiencing. I had been feeling somewhat hopeless and my pain level was close to an 8 before my first session either her but when it ended it had gone down to a 6, maybe even a 5.

Today, My physical therapist was Laura Southard. Laura is an absolutely fabulous physical therapist. She asked the proper questions and had answers for any questions I asked. Very gentle, and very friendly. Laura’s work ethic has made me work harder in the office and continuously helps me to push myself at home. I wish I could rate her over a five. Laura is a 10 plus.

I love the fact that the app keeps me honest. It’s easy to forget about my exercises but the app keeps me honest.

Don’s an excellent therapist. Listens intently and asks pertinent questions to help with identifying the root cause. Highly recommend him.
