Musculoskeletal Ultrasound

Musculoskeletal Ultrasound is an advanced technique used to identify structures, pathology and guide injection placement. Ultrasound allows for fast and accurate identification of structures for trained users. There is no radiation exposure, injections typically hurt less and they are nearly 100% accurate. Dr. Greer is extensively Fellowship trained in Musculoskeletal Ultrasound and uses this as guidance for most injections. He also uses this technique for Advanced Regenerative Therapies such as PRP and Stem Cell Treatments.

Advanced Regenerative Therapies/Orthobiologics (Stem cell and PRP)

Dr. Greer always strives to provide state-of-the-art medical care. One exciting new field Dr. Greer offers is Advanced Regenerative Therapies (also called Orthobiologics). These new treatments offer non-surgical and non-invasive treatment options for osteoarthritis, cartilage defects and tendon injuries. These therapies include PRP (Platelet Rich Plasma) and Stem cell regeneration therapies.

Dr. Greer serves as the Medical Director for our cutting edge Concussion Clinic. Having seen well over 1,000 concussions since starting at the practice, Dr. Greer is extensively experienced in diagnosing and managing concussions and returning athletes to play as quickly as possible.
