Patient Services Representative

Full-Time Position – Cary Office. Prefer 2-3 years’ experience in an administrative role in a medical office setting, ability to work in a high-stress environment and demonstrate excellent customer service skills. Must have ability to prioritize multiple tasks/demands and able to establish effective working relationships with patients, co-workers and providers. This position requires excellent interpersonal and communications skills as well as experience with face-to-face patient contact. Working knowledge of electronic health records required.
