2017 High School Physicals

Raleigh Orthopaedic Clinic will be offering sports physicals for local Wake County Schools to give student-athletes the opportunity to get a physical exam and assessment for the upcoming school year.

For the convenience of the athletes, coaches, trainers, and parents, Raleigh Orthopaedic Clinic conducts sports physicals for the schools we provide coverage for and 100% of the proceeds are donated to the school.  All athletes, including current and future students, are encouraged to take advantage of their opportunity. Physicals will be offered on the following days for the Wake County Schools:

  • Broughton High School – May 9, 2017
  • Garner Magnet High School – May 25, 2017 @ 6 pm at the Raleigh Orthopaedic Garner Office 
  • Sanderson High School – May 31, 2017 @ 5:30 pm at the Raleigh Orthopaedic Edwards Mill Office
  • Southeast Raleigh High School – July 26, 2017 @ 5:00 pm at the Raleigh Orthopaedic Garner Office 

Prior to arrival, please complete physical forms with Parent/Guardian signature.

 

In addition, sports physicals are administered for student-athletes at the Raleigh Orthopaedic Urgent Care for a cost of $25.
