Raleigh Orthopaedic Clinic Offers Wake County High School Sports Physicals

Smith - Younger Female knee IMG_7521 Raleigh Orthopaedic Clinic will be offering sports physicals for local Wake County Schools to give student-athletes the opportunity to get a physical exam and assessment for the upcoming school year.

For the convenience of the athletes, coaches, trainers, and parents, Raleigh Orthopaedic Clinic conducts sports physicals for the schools we provide coverage for and 100% of the proceeds are donated to the school. All athletes, including current and future students, are encouraged to take advantage of their opportunity. Physicals will be offered on the following days for the Wake County Schools:

  • Broughton High School: Thursday, May 12, 2016 at Broughton High School
  • Sanderson High School: Saturday, May 14, 2016 at the Raleigh Orthopaedic Edwards Mill Office
  • Garner Magnet High School: Thursday, June 2, 2016 at Garner Magnet High School

All athletes should arrive with a completed and signed Wake County athletic participation form.
