Raleigh, N.C. (April 30, 2014) – One year ago, Raleigh Orthopaedic Clinic and Rex Healthcare announced the opening of the Raleigh Orthopaedic Surgery Center, a one-stop outpatient facility offering a wide range of orthopedic care and services involving knees, feet, shoulders, hips, wrists and more.
The 27,707-square-foot surgery center is a unique joint venture between a private physicians’ group and a hospital, which provides a wide range of orthopedic services, including surgery, digital X-ray, MRI, physical therapy and urgent care in an outpatient setting, the facility gives thousands of patients each year easier access to high-quality, cost-effective orthopedic services.
Raleigh Orthopaedic Surgery Center is located at 3001 Edwards Mill Road, between Duraleigh Road and Wade Avenue, near Rex’s main Raleigh campus. The center has four operating rooms and two procedure rooms. It is located on the first floor of a four-story, 98,000-square-foot building which houses Raleigh Orthopaedic Clinic’s main office.
