Joints in Motion: Health & Wellness for the Aging Joint

 Take the step towards a safe and effective exercise program by attending a FREE Fitness workout.  Focus includes:

• Proper warm-up and cool down
• Total body stretching and flexibility exercises
• Safe posture and body mechanics
• Total body strengthening program
• Keys to maintaining happy joints through exercise and activity modification

Target particpants include: pre-operative and post-operative total joint patients, degenerative joint disease/arthritis sufferers, rotator cuff syndrome diagnoses.

When: Wednesday, June, 2011 at 12:00 noon- 1:00pm and Wednesday, June 22, 2011 at 12:00noon-1:00pm
