Appointments

Appointments can be made at one of our five clinic locations by calling our appointments department at (919) 863-6808 Monday through Friday between 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, or you may submit an online appointment request form 24 hours a day.

After Hours & Emergency Care

Raleigh Orthopaedic After Hours Clinic offers prompt, expert treatment for a variety of urgent orthopaedic conditions at the Glenwood Avenue location, Monday through Friday 5:00PM to 9:00PM and Saturday from 9:00AM to 2:00PM.

If you are experiencing a life threatening emergency, please dial 911 or head to the nearest emergency room.

Prescription Renewals

Prescriptions are renewed during normal office hours. In some instances, we may require that patient be seen in our office prior to medication renewal. Any request received after 12:00 noon, will be processed the following business day. Medication requests called in after 5:00 PM on Friday will NOT be refilled until 8:00 AM on Monday.

Financial

All office visits are payable at the time of service. We accept cash, checks, and most major credit cards and debit cards. Please contact our billing office at (919) 863-6920 should you have any financial questions or concerns.
