Dr. Andrew is a board certified orthopaedic surgeon who is also fellowship trained in hand surgery and sports medicine. Dr. Andrew attended the University of Virginia School of Medicine. He completed his residency in orthopaedic surgery at the New York Orthopaedic Hospital Columbia Presbyterian Medical Center. Following residency, Dr. Andrew obtained additional training in hand surgery and sports medicine at the University of Virginia. Dr. Andrew joined Raleigh Orthopaedic Clinic in 1981.
