Athletic Performance Center (APC)

Total Athlete Training (TAT)

(Males and females, ages 11-14)

The Total Athlete Training (TAT) program is designed as a 1 hour session incorporating Speed, Strength, Power, Flexibility, Injury Prevention, Core Stability, Coordination & Conditioning components that improves overall athletic performance in an ideal atmosphere. Each session focuses on either a speed or strength training emphasis. We recommend participant ages between 8 and 18 years old.

Our athletes inevitably gain cognitive skills as we consistently educate and challenge them to understand “why” these activities contribute to athletic success. Not only do the athletes improve performance, but they also gain tremendous confidence and self-esteem which transfers well beyond the playing field into the classroom and in personal life. Our programs promote health and longevity through exercise and lifestyle skills.

Classes are unique because they are offered in an "unlimited" structure. This means athletes can participate as many days during the week as well as participate in back-to-back sessions. Our training methodology and programming provides for a progression within each workout and a progression from week to week. Each training session is different and is designed to maximize results without ever overtraining.
