Adult Sports Performance Classes:
Change up your workout routine by joining the group sports performance fitness classes. This is a good way to build up your cardiovascular system and tone up your body. This one hour structured class consists of a dynamic warm-up, stretching, total body strength training, core stabilization, and cardiovascular exercises. Classes are offered 3 days a week and are open to all levels of fitness. Small group classes with low client to instructor ratio.
Monday, Wed, Friday 6:00 – 7:00 am
9:00 - 10:00 am
Pilates Mat Classes:
Would you like to increase your core strength, build long, lean muscle and positively affect range of motion? These benefits and more can be yours by adding Pilates and yoga to your fitness program.
Tuesday 9:00 – 10:00 am
Personal Training:
Offered various times and days to suit everyone’s schedule.
