Among his other specialty interests, Dr. Mankin is highly experienced in the evaluation and treatment of children with neuromuscular disorders, including cerebral palsy, spina bifida, spinal injuries, autism and other medical and neurologic diseases. He is the co-developer of the Wake County Pediatric Spasticity Clinic, in conjunction with Wake Rehab and Raleigh Neurology. He has a monthly Special Needs Clinic at the Cary office for new intake and established neuromuscular patients.
