Dr. Kratzer is a North Carolina native. He is a past North Carolina delegate to the American Podiatric Medical Association’s governing body, the House of Delegates, and served several years on its Resolution Committee.   In North Carolina, he was a Board of Trustee member for the Foot and Ankle Society and was the Society’s Podiatrist of the Year in 1992, the only podiatrist who was not a past president to receive the award. He enjoys golf, traveling for fun, watching his beloved NC State Wolfpack and following his 2 children to all their activities with church, school, and sports.
