Polly Nelson is an East Carolina University graduate with a Masters Degree in Physical Therapy, Polly has 6 years of experience in orthopaedics, with 3 of those being with injured Worker’s Compensation patients.

Polly is our Industrial Rehabilitation Supervisor, responsible for supervising the IR staff, performing Functional Assessments (FCE’s, RTW tests, Employment tests) and assisting with the Work Conditioning Program.

Polly’s goal as IR supervisor is to assist her patients in achieving their maximum potential to return-to-work as a productive employee.

Polly has one dog, George, and three cats, Mitsy, Sally & Spencer, which she loves very much!
