The Industrial Rehabilitation Department at Raleigh Orthopaedic Clinic was established in 1998. The mission of this department is to provide the best possible service to our partners in industry including the injured employee, employer, case manager, insurance carrier, and physician, with the ultimate goal of safe return to work with reduced loss of productivity for both the employee and employer.

Raleigh Orthopaedic Rehabilitation Specialist use WorkSTEPS, a nationally recognized program that is reliable, as well as a medically and legally defensible employment testing program.  This program could effectively reduce workplace injury incidence/cost, and offers a variety of testing protocols.  Raleigh Orthopaedic became a licensee of the program in 1998 as the need in the area was recognized.  We are proud to be the area provider of this unique program.
